Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, and JAD Agency never charges a job seeker a fee: not to apply, not to be shortlisted, not to be placed, and not to stay on our books.
If anyone asks you for money in our name, that person is not acting for us. Tell us.
Who employs me, JAD Agency or the company I work at?
We do. You are engaged under a JAD Agency contract, and we are the employer of record for the placement. You work at the client's site and take day-to-day direction there, but your contract, your pay and your statutory registrations sit with us.
Am I registered for NSSF and PAYE?
Yes, on every placement. NSSF and PAYE registration is part of the contract rather than something you have to ask for, and the filings are made in our name.
How do I apply?

What happens after I apply?
Shortlisted candidates are contacted directly for interview or placement. We contact you on the phone number and email on your account, so keep them current.
We do not write to everyone who applies for every role. Your account and documents stay with us, so you are considered for later openings in your trade without starting again.
Do I need to apply again for each role?
No. Once your account exists you apply to a new role from it, and your details and documents carry over.
What trades do you hire for?
We recruit across ten sectors and more than seventy roles. The role catalogue lists them by the trade families sites actually hire from, including mechanical and engineering, heavy equipment and drivers, logistics and warehousing, and hotel and restaurant manpower.
How can I check a placement is genuine?
Ask us. Contact JAD Agency directly using the phone number or email on this site rather than a number given to you by a third party, and we will confirm whether a role, an offer or a person is ours.
