These terms cover the use of this website. The agreement for any staffing service is a separate written contract between JAD Agency Limited and the client.
Using this site You may read this site, apply for advertised roles, and send us an enquiry. Please do not submit anybody else's personal data without their knowledge, and do not use the forms to send anything unlawful.
Applying for work Applying is free. JAD Agency never charges a job seeker a fee, at any stage, and anyone who asks you for one is not acting for us. Advertising a role is not an offer of employment; any offer we make is in writing and names the terms.
Requesting staff An enquiry through this site is a request for a quotation, not a contract. Rates, headcount, notice and the scope of supervision are set out in the written agreement we send before work begins.
What we publish here We keep the figures, mandates and role catalogue on this site current, but they change as work is won and completed. Nothing on this site forms a warranty. Where a client is named, it is with their agreement.
Content The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to JAD Agency Limited or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking.
Liability We take care that this site is accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction.
