The gap on most sites is not skill, it is supervision. People know how to do the work; what is missing is the person in the middle who can hold a standard, run a toolbox talk and have a difficult conversation without it becoming a dispute.
That is where we concentrate.
Frontline supervision
The course we run most. It is written for people promoted out of the crew, which is how most supervisors arrive at the job and why most of them struggle at first.
- Holding a standard without souring the crew
- Attendance, timekeeping and the early conversation that prevents a dismissal
- Running a shift handover that actually hands over
- Toolbox talks people listen to
- Recording an incident so the record is worth something later
Safety and OSHA induction
Induction is not paperwork, and a crew that has been inducted properly is a crew that is still intact in month three. We run the pre-start sequence for our own placements as standard, and the same programme is available for your directly employed staff.
Where your site has its own safety regime, ours defers to it. See the compliance page for how this runs on a live mandate.
Trade skills
Practical upskilling in the trades we recruit for, run against the standard a site will actually test: welding, machine operation, storekeeping, plant and equipment handling. Assessed on the tools rather than on paper.
Do you train people who do not work for you?
Yes. Programmes run for directly employed teams as readily as for our own placements, and there is no requirement to outsource anything to book one.
Do you deliver on our site?
Usually, yes, and it is generally better: the crew trains on the equipment they use, in the conditions they work in, without losing a day to travel. We run in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mbeya and Moshi, and on sites elsewhere by arrangement.
What language?
Swahili or English, whichever the crew works in. This matters more than it sounds: safety training delivered in a language people are only partly comfortable in is training that has not happened.
Getting started
Tell us the team and the gap and we will propose a programme. If the shortfall is in the people rather than the training, Recruitment & Staffing is the other half of the answer.
The other mandates
Sourcing, screening and background checks for one hire or a full team, filled in days.
We become the legal employer. Contracts, discipline and on-site supervision sit with us.
NSSF, PAYE and SDL calculated, filed and paid monthly. One predictable invoice.
Policy design, headcount planning, performance frameworks and HR audit.
Restructuring, workplace risk and retention strategy, delivered alongside your team.
